How To Register As An Athlete?

After viewing the Sports page of this website, determine the sport in which you would like to participate. Once you have identified that, simply contact the Athlete Registrar to confirm space is available, then download the Athlete Registration Package on the Registration Information page.  Further instructions for submission of your application is contained within that package.  Contact information is also listed for each sport club so feel free to call the coach to ask specific questions about the program.

How Old Do I Have To Be To Join SOO?

Throughout the year, athletes of all ages, young and old, participate in weekly training programs in local facilities. Please refer to the Athlete Registration Package for the age range for each sport club.

When Are Your Sport Training Programs?

Most of our sport training programs take place during the evenings and weekends. Most competitions are held on weekends.

What Is the Cost? What If I Can’t Afford It?

There is usually a small cost (which varies by sport club) to participate.

NO ATHLETE SHALL EVER BE DENIED THE OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE IN WEEKLY TRAINING OR COMPETITION OPPORTUNITIES BASED ON LACK OF FINANCIAL RESOURCES.
